Masterpiece Tours is completely sold out of Rose Parade tickets and bus seats for transportation to the Rose Parade on January 1. For those traveling to California on their own and still wishing to purchase parade tickets you will need to contact the seating company directly.

Our group blocks of tickets for Birdville (which are sold out) are located at 1680 and 1650 East Colorado. You can ask to purchase tickets as close to the group as possible. You should also ask to purchase a parking pass as well.

If you are interested you may also purchase Bandfest tickets (Dec. 29 session) and Float viewing tickets from the same people.

• This is only an INTENT to chaperone and does not guarantee you will be selected.
• You are encouraged to sign up for the Friends and Family Tour Package while waiting for the chaperone selection process to be completed. Deposits made to the Friends & Family Tour Package will be transfered to the chaperone travel account, if you are selected as a chaperone.
• One form is needed for EVERY adult who intends to chaperone.
• No deposit is due with this form until you are accepted as a chaperone.
• Parents should return completed forms to their student's CURRENT band director.
• Please sign the form on both pages where signature is requested.

ALL Friends and Family Tour Packages will include:

• Charter bus transportation throughout the duration of your tour
• 4, 5, or 6 nights DELUXE accommodations at the beautiful LAX Marriott Hotel
• 2 breakfasts will be provided – one on Bandfest Day and one on Parade Day
• Post-Parade Luncheon at the hotel
• 1-day admission to Universal Studios Hollywood
• 1-day Park Hopper admission to Disneyland / California Adventure
• Admission ticket to the Tournament of Roses © Bandfest
• Admission ticket to one of the Float Decorating sites – see floats in final assembly
• 1-day admission to Knott’s Berry Farm
• New Year’s Eve celebration / dinner / show at Medieval Times
• Reserved Grandstand Seating for the Tournament of Roses © Parade
  at Pasadena City College – the halfway point of the parade route
• Reserved bus parking on parade day only 2-3 blocks away from
  your reserved seats
• Post-Parade luncheon after the Parade
• Other sightseeing activities as itinerary will allow
• Masterpiece Tours escorts/hosts onsite throughout the trip

ESTIMATED TOUR PACKAGE PRICING (does not include airfare):

$750.00 – 1000.00 per person depending on number of nights selected and number of travelers sharing a room (quad, triple or double occupancy).

PLUS AIRFARE
Masterpiece Tours will provide several different GROUP AIRFARE schedule options – anticipated Group Airfare pricing is $535.00 per seat.

Tour participants are NOT required to purchase group airfare – you MAY purchase the tour package without purchasing airfare from Masterpiece Tours.  Travelers are welcome to arrange their own airfare or may choose
to drive to California and join the tour at the hotel.

Registration for the Friends and Family Tour will be available online starting approximately
April 1, 2010.  We ask that anyone anticipating joining us on the tour register with a small initial deposit by June 1, 2010 – so we can make sure we have the right number of hotel rooms, flights, buses booked to accommodate everyone who wants to participate.

ROSE PARADE © TICKETS will be available for purchase for those traveling to California on your own.
